Addeum

Privacy Policy

Effective 30 July 2026 · Policy version 2026-07-30

This Privacy Policy explains how Addeum (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use the public marketing website at www.addeum.life (the “Site”). It does not replace the privacy terms that apply when a church uses the Addeum product under a customer agreement — churches remain controllers of congregation data in the product.

Who we are

Operator: Addeum
Registered address: available on request at enquiry@addeum.life.
Contact: enquiry@addeum.life

What we collect on this Site

  • Demo / Early Access forms: name, email, church name, optional message, optional audience focus, and technical tokens (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile) when enabled.
  • Contact emails: whatever you send to enquiry@addeum.life.
  • Technical logs: IP address, user agent, and request metadata may appear in hosting and security logs for a limited time.
  • Cookies / similar tech: see our Cookie Policy. Non-essential analytics/marketing tags load only after you opt in.

Why we process it (purposes & bases)

  • Respond to demo / Early Access requests — to take steps at your request before a contract (and, where applicable, our legitimate interests in evaluating fit).
  • Secure the Site (rate limits, bot checks) — legitimate interests / legal obligation as applicable.
  • Analytics & marketing cookies — only with your consent, which you can withdraw via Cookie preferences in the footer.

Who we share with

We use service providers (“processors”) to run the Site. Depending on configuration, these may include:

  • Hosting provider (e.g. Vercel)Serve the marketing website and edge/API routes (As configured by the operator (often US/EU regions))
  • Addeum application backendProcess demo and Early Access requests (onboarding) (As configured for the Addeum control plane)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except where you consent to marketing cookies that enable such tags.

International transfers

If processors store or process data outside your country (including the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards where required (for example standard contractual clauses or the processor’s attested transfer mechanism). Ask us for details for your procurement review.

Retention

  • Demo / Early Access leads: kept while we work with you, then deleted or minimized when no longer needed (typically within 24 months unless a customer relationship continues).
  • Security / hosting logs: short retention consistent with abuse prevention.
  • Cookie consent choice: stored in your browser (local storage) until you clear it or we bump the policy version.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA (we do not sell personal information). Email enquiry@addeum.life with “Privacy request” in the subject. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children

The Site is directed to church staff and adult decision-makers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children via this Site.

Product / Trust Center

Security features of the Addeum product (tenant isolation, AI redaction, DSAR tooling for churches) are described on our Trust Center. Customer churches evaluating a processor agreement can review our draft DPA / subprocessors overview. Those capabilities apply when you use the product under a customer agreement — not as certifications of this marketing Site alone.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes bump the policy version and may prompt a new cookie choice. The effective date above shows the current version.
