Terms of Use
Effective 30 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-30
These Terms govern your use of the public marketing website operated by Addeum at www.addeum.life (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Not a product agreement
Marketing pages are informational. Use of the Addeum product (including any paid plan, Seedling free tier, or Early Access) is governed by the order form, master agreement, or other written terms between your organization and us — not by this Site alone.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse forms, scrape the Site abusively, or attempt to disrupt security.
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content via forms or email.
- Demo and Early Access requests must be submitted by someone authorized to represent the church or organization named.
Demo and Early Access requests
Submitting a form does not create a paid subscription. We may accept, decline, or waitlist Early Access applicants. “Launch pricing locked for the first year” and similar Early Access benefits apply only if we confirm them in writing for your organization and are subject to the capacity and program rules we communicate at acceptance.
Pricing communications
Published price bands (including the Seedling $0 band for churches under the stated active-people threshold) are current marketing offers and may change. Free and paid tiers remain subject to fair-use, eligibility, and acceptable-use rules in your customer terms. Competitor comparison calculators are illustrative only — see disclaimers on those pages.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and software descriptions are owned by Addeum or its licensors. Third-party names and marks appear for comparison and identification only and remain the property of their owners.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that marketing descriptions are complete or that the product will meet every requirement. Child-safety and safeguarding features support policies you configure; they do not replace trained supervision, background screening providers, or legal duties of your organization.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Addeum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability for the product is defined in your customer agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
Privacy
Personal data on this Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
